fall

I love taking pictures in the fall leaves. We waited until Sunday afternoon to do that at my Grandpa's house. The kids had a lot of fun playing in the leaves, and I got some cool shots. We also had a good time at my mom's house on Sunday. She fixed turkey steaks and invited us down for dinner. It was sooo good.





I made sugar cookies yesterday. That's what we did for FHE. We had a little lesson on preventing illness. . eating right, getting enough rest, washing hands correctly . . then we frosted Halloween cookies . . fun! The kids love it. We have to do it every year. When we finished, I took some to the ladies that I visit teach. Yea! I got my teaching done.

Cleaning...the kitchen's done. The only thing I have left is to clean out the dishwasher. I didn't even know that needed to be done. I thought the thing cleaned itself when it was running. I checked, and there are some spots that need to be scrubbed with a toothbrush. Shane's going to clean the oven because he doesn't like me to use the self-cleaner feature, and he also said he'd clean out the lights. Next... closets and hallway. Gotta get it done.
