my poor little twins (they're nine) got some teeth pulled today. they don't look to good. i think they're more bugged than in pain. it must feel really weird to have 2-3 teeth pulled from the front of your mouth at a time. they are both getting spacers or something put in their mouths. it is a five week ordeal. last week we were at the orthodontist. . today the dentist. . the next three weeks we have orthodontist appointments. . it could be a long road. . but in the end it will be worth it. (i'm hoping) it'll probably cost a bundle too. . yikes!!
also some exciting news. . my sil is expecting. . their first. . we're pretty excited! she'll be such a good mommy. . she has helped us so much with our kids, and she is soooo cute with them. . i'm a little bit jealous, though. . i don't want to have any more kids, i just wouldn't mind being pregnant . . i miss it sometimes. she's due Aug 2. . poor girl, couldn't have picked a hotter time of year to be having a baby. . my cousin is expecting (finally), too. . and due somewhere in august. . what are these girls thinking??? sometimes you have to take it when you can get it, hu?
things are going well today. it's shane's birthday. . it's been a boring one, i'm sure. he got hunting boots and a few phone calls. . he's taken the christmas lights off the house, and we've gotten a new batch of snow on the ground. . what more could he possibly want?? we're going to Maddox for dinner with Brandi and AJ. . that should be exciting. . it's always a good time when we're with them!!
