We had to take advantage of a free couple of days when the opportunity presented itself. We hooked onto the trailer and went up to Franklin Basin. We ate, snacked, relaxed, played in the creek, shot arrows, and read a book about Orrin Porter Rockwell. Actually, I read the book out loud while the boys all shot their bows. But everybody listened really well, asked questions, and seemed to enjoy learning about his life. I love spending quiet time in nature with my family.
